J&K: NIA to investigate recent cases of civilian killings

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) will take over investigation of four cases of recent civilian killings in J&K — that of M L Bindroo, Virendra Paswan, Supinder Kaur and Deepak Chand, and the two non-local labourers killed in Kulgam.
