Missing 60-year-old woman gang-raped, murdered

A 60-year-old woman who went missing on Saturday evening was found brutally murdered at Jhar area under Bassi police station area on city outskirts. The body was found in a semi-nude condition and her husband alleged that she was gang-raped. Police have lodged a case of rape and murder, but they are awaiting the post-mortem and other reports to ascertain the rape.
