Kolkata is country’s safest metro to live in, yet again

Kolkata has gained the top spot in the list of the country’s safest cities for the year 2020, with the lowest rate of cognizable offences recorded, according to the just-released 2020 National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) crime report.
