Cyclone Gulab: Telangana, Andhra on red alert

A fisherman from Andhra Pradesh died and hundreds of residents were evacuated as cyclonic storm Gulab made a landfall 20km north of Kalingapatnam on Sunday evening with gales reaching 95kmph and rising further.

HC: Treat arrest, even without exchange of fire, as encounter
