Channi’s new team likely to have 7 new faces

After days of hectic discussions and uncertainty, the Congress leadership finally arrived at a consensus on who all will join the Punjab cabinet. The list was cleared during CM Charanjit Singh Channi’s meeting with Rahul Gandhi that went on past Friday midnight.

HC: Treat arrest, even without exchange of fire, as encounter
