Kerala HC allows 9-yr-old girl to visit Sabarimala

The high court has allowed a nine-year-old girl to accompany her father to undertake Sabarimala pilgrimage this month. The Covid-19 protocol in place doesn’t prevent this, she had argued.

HC: Treat arrest, even without exchange of fire, as encounter
