Armaan Kohli arrested, to be presented before court

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Saturday detained Bollywood actor Armaan Kohli following a raid at his Juhu residence, where they recovered some quantity of cocaine. The actor was arrested under sections 21(a), 27(a), 28, 29, 30, and 35 of the NDPS Act.

HC: Treat arrest, even without exchange of fire, as encounter
