Parliament's monsoon session starts today: Key points

This is the the first full session of parliament since the Covid-19 hit the country last year. With the coronavirus pandemic still raging, the session will be held in both the Houses of Parliament with all the necessary protocols and arrangements being made to accommodate the MPs on a social distancing basis.

HC: Treat arrest, even without exchange of fire, as encounter
