Bengaluru colleges gear up to reopen from Monday

With the government allowing colleges to reopen from Monday (July 26), managements are gearing up to welcome students on campus. Only students who have received at least one dose of the Covid-19 vaccine will be allowed on campus.

HC: Treat arrest, even without exchange of fire, as encounter
