Dug up from eight feet under, horror story of five murders

In a farmhouse in Madhya Pradesh’s Dewas district, police on Tuesday watched over a dig that they hoped would end a twomonth-old mystery. One by one, five nude, decaying bodies were pulled from the grave. Three of them were children. They had all been hacked and stabbed to death.

HC: Treat arrest, even without exchange of fire, as encounter
