Blocking of accounts: Twitter asked to explain in 2 days

The parliamentary standing committee on information technology on Tuesday asked Twitter to explain within two days on blocking of accounts of Union minister Ravi Shankar Prasad and senior congress leader Shashi Tharoor, news agency PTI reported quoting sources.
